The Seer's Story
In a village, thirty miles north of New York City, lies a thickly wooded former estate with barns, one being a stable with attached garage. Now abandoned, the structures contain the detritus and memories of the past, an exuberant lifestyle until the Second World War. Shortly after, the estate was donated to the village and a major part of it became a public park. But off in a nestled corner near a crumbling wall, ghostly presences make their way on the grounds. There is a belle époque beauty in the women's fashions and dapper casualness in the male's. The traces of this gloried past are mystery and illusion, fantasies to be imagined in the once glamorous setting.
