Salvatore from Lampedusa.

I went to Lampedusa, Sicily, in 2014 and in the daily center for psychiatric patients I met Salvatore. He is 40 yrs old and he lives alone. He receives an invalidity benefet due to a diagnosis of depression. He offered himselft to guide me through the island and the more I knew Salvatore, the more I understood Lampedusa. I felt his lonelyness and I felt the same for the island. "I'm an island in the island"
