Exporting The Spirit of Ceylon

This submission seeks to document and portray just some of the processes and richness of tradition at the root of Sri Lankan culture, with focus on cinnamon and tea production (arguably the country's two most iconic commodities). Assisted by chance-met strangers through a close-knit 'cinnamon network', I travelled through Central and South Western Sri Lanka. My aim: to explore and experience the famed spice gardens, cinnamon plantations, and tea fields.
