Blind Hopes

Over 200 children grow up in the Institution for the Blind in New Delhi. A life which seems hopeless to a photographer’s eyes, contrasts with their souls and hopes which are very much alive within. This institution offers them a unique chance to access free education and an opportunity to have a future despite their handicap. The wait for this future, depicted in this project, begins with a daily routine blending education with limited recreational activities but unlimited ways for them to escape their condition.
