Photography is constantly related to visuality. As if exhausted in a finite image. But in its impermanence, it overflows, it exists. Reflecting on photography can lead us to understand that it goes far beyond the visual field, because it is not a record, not an end, but a means. The image only lives in the relationship. We constantly hide under metaphorical cloths to fit into what our surroundings demand of us. Sometimes, without realizing it, this fragile fabric slips and reveals us completely lost in the space we occupy. We then overflow our own existence and our voids that nobody understands, for a second they fill the whole space. Photography always lives and pulsates in the pains of those who see it.
This work was constructed from the reflection of the existence of the image in the relation with the experiences of its spectator. The artist, by placing her own voids in the images, projects them into a common field, where the viewer can see beneath these cloths and perceive their own silences. Exposure is necessary so that we do not turn a trace of ourselves.
