"Camila Acosta doesn’t want to forget, so through photography she tries to catch glimpses in her memory to make them endure over time. She is also a traveler and a writer, and most of her pictures are mixed with stories that are located in the thin line between reality and fiction. In This body of work, she proposes a dialogue between night and light, creating isolated scenes from a city that is known for its sunny pastel colors. To achieve it she pays particular attention to the idea & concept of ‘No Place’ and mix it with the aesthetics of artificial light that become apparent at night"
