The Ex

This is a series from a day at the Canadian National Exhibition, locally known as "The Ex". The Ex opens for a 2 weeks at the end of August through to Labour Day weekend. One thing I love about the Ex is that it draws out Toronto's diverse community. Friends and families from all places, spaces and walks of life come out to enjoy it year after year. I remember going as a child, teenager and adult all through my life. The food, rides and games are all part of the experience. I hope this series captures the feeling, energy and spirit of this great tradition.
