WATER SALAD ON MONDAY is a series of black and white photographs that tenderly picked their way through the special natures that exist at Bristol's Elm Tree Farm - a community of volunteers, carers and adults with learning disabilities who tend the land. I was in situ here for a year here to witness birth and death, mud and blood, light and water, to focus on the radical intention of tending - and how it transforms the lives of those often cared-for, once they become carers themselves.
