“Disconformità” means unconformity and it’s a photography project that I did during my studies. This project was born by chance, by coincidence of terms and events that sometimes seems to come all together in an uncontrollable way. Indeed, in the same period of the course I met my father for the first time in my life. He left when I was a child so I did not have any memories of him, except a picture, the only one that my mother did not cut. So I started to work on my past story, looked for an absence, a crack where everything work correctly, something not comply. So I found myself, I started talk about me and all the scars that absences leave even when it seems that is not so.
