In this series I explore the disruption of the visual in the landscape with the use of a mirror cube. By placing the constructed mirror cube into the landscape, it evokes one's curiosity about the relation of the mysterious box as to the land. The reflection on the mirror cube reveal visuals of the surrounding landscape that are part of the land but not included in frame, yet somehow the cube conceals itself as though blended into its surroundings. This was an experimental project Influenced by Keith Arnatt’s mirrors, which involved an actual mirror cube built and shot in Iceland.
