Five portraits plus myself

I have the ability to get people to look the camera in the eye – or, completely ignore it. For me, a camera – photography in general – is a tool to create images. Sometimes those images are a partial reflexion of reality, sometimes they are a reflexion of what I think people think they see. This applies to portraiture too. Sometimes they are a partial reflexion of who they are, sometimes they are a reflexion of what I think they think they are. Sometimes they are just the expression of emotion.
