Street life

The series documents streets in Germany, in urban and rural living areas. One small detached house sits next to the other, separated by small gardens or the road. My focus was on the twilight atmosphere, where a touch of mystery enveils the scene. Some streets are empty, in an almost visual silence – asleep like their inhabitants. Just some city streets see the one or other worker at night, even just for such profane things as bringing away the garbage.
