A series of color photographs depict exteriors of cities through an elusive and not well-defined gaze. The city portrayed is Milan. The urban landscape is reduced to essentials, buildings, houses, land and little else, almost as if the artist desires to simplify the glimpse on the images. The memory remains. The image appears to be a reminder of something we've seen before and we search for it’s significance. It's as though the photographs represented a synthesis of something that was real but now we're not so sure anymore. Spaces seems to have lost traits and inhabitance linked to the place, instead becomes a theatre of sensations left by the memory - that it is home.
