The work of begins with a long journey, the journey of a female that is myself. Through the journey I collect physical, psychological and emotional souvenirs. Physical souvenirs contain emotional moments in other words, "Memories". My collectibles are moments, reminiscence, coincidences and the flow of time and they are something that is eventually expressed in memory. The main collections of my journey are milk glass and wrapping paper. I see my feelings from various wrapping papers collected while living in foreign countries as a stranger. Without my memories these wrapping will be nothing more than simple goods. I think of things that cannot be wrapped in wrapping papers. We try to well wrap the journey of our lives. However, life never flows just as we wish from the very beginning. It is rather impossible to wrap the journey of life. I try to wrap my life's journey with the wrapping papers collected in trips. I wish to communicate to young women standing in the middle of anxiety and uncertainty. I intend to imagine their journeys toward the future that is to be filled with new memories, in reference to the memories of my own past , present and future.
