Less Than Perfect

"Less Than Perfect" is a portrait of my motherhood; it is a sincere story about the expectation, pleasure, burden, blame and fear that a child brings to the life of a woman. I've always dreamed about being a mother. The desire grew stronger after the loss of my daughter at 14 weeks of pregnancy. However, the birth of my son, Noah, shook all I thought I knew about myself and the world. Motherhood came with a mirror toward me, and in it I could not recognize myself. The series reflects on being a woman, a partner and a mother.
