Forgotten women of genocide
Project info

Rape is a weapon of war wielded by soldiers to humiliate, punish and control the enemy. Used as a deliberate military strategy it is an orchestrated combat tool intended to inflict fear and displace women, whose bodies have become part of the landscape of conflict. The survivors of rape remain burdened by life-long stigma, as the lethal AIDS virus is implanted to inflict maximum pain and a slow death.
