Ray Klimek is an artist and writer whose work has been widely exhibited in various venues in the US and Great Britain. He was a recipient of an ICP/Tierney Foundation grant to complete a project about the mining regions of the US and South Wales. In June 2018 he had a show of his recent work at the Unsmoke gallery in Braddock PA. He has published both photographs and writings in Raritan Quarterly and Exposure. His current project is a video about M. Ventoux in southern France in collaboration with the poet Judson Evans. He lives in Highland Park, NJ.
