Rich Wiles is an award-winning documentary photographer now based in the UK after having spent many years based in Palestine. His work has been exhibited in 12 countries and is widely published. His most recent awards include 3rd Place in Category at the 2015 Sony World Photography Awards and a winner of a Performance Award at the 2015 Humanity Photography Awards.
Now back in the UK, Rich Wiles won the St Hugh's Arts Foundation Award in 2016 which supported the development of his major new project 'Ongoing Journeys' exploring the lives of refugees and asylum seekers who are attempting to rebuild their lives in the country. This ongoing, long-term documentary project is now being supported by Arts Council England and others.
