Richard Sawdon Smith is Professor of Fine Art at Norwich University of the Arts, UK. On the Editorial Advisory Panel of Journal of Photography and Culture, Patron of Norwich Film Festival, a Board Member of bookRoom Press and Trustee of the Council for Higher Education in Artand Design. He is a previous winner of the National Portrait Gallery Photographic Portrait Award; Co-editor of Langford’s Basic Photography and The Book is Alive! His work is published and exhibited internationally.
