I have been involved in the photographic industry in a variety of roles over the past thirty odd years. I have been working as a photographer and photography tutor for the past four years. My tutoring is aimed at teaching budding photographers how to use their new cameras by giving them a clear understanding of exposure control and why it is important to know how to use the camera manually. The vast majority have little or no idea what an aperture, shutter speed or ISO value is.
