Dutch-Croatian photographer Sanja Marušić (b. 1991) received her first camera at the age of fifteen. Only two years later she got into the Royal Academy of Art in The Hague, and in 2013 she graduated with an Honourable Award. Marušić travels the world to create otherworldly images. Her experimental approach to colour, composition, materials and manipulations lead to dreamlike, cinematic yet alienating scenes, playing with our relation to the subconscious.
