I am a queer visual artist using analogue photography. Over the last decade I have built an international network of collaborators, exploring themes of physicality, queer identity and creativity as a means of processing trauma. I use historical processes to bring a tangible, tactile presence to my portraits and self-portraits. I make work that is provocative, challenging and intimate. I believe it’s important to show people and bodies as they really are, unfiltered and genuine.
In 2020 I was awarded a grant for Join the Docks Festival. I also received a Gold Award from the San Francisco Bay International Photo Awards, a Bronze from the Tokyo International Foto Awards, and Honourable Mentions in 9 other awards
