Stéphane Coutelle is an established beauty and fine art photographer.
Born in Paris in 1962, he has led a rich and diversified career, always willing to reinvent himself and explore new grounds.
He shot fashion pictures and celebrity portraits in the 80's, became a painter of large, hypnotic portraits in the 90's, before coming back to photography and becoming a worldwide reference in beauty advertising photography and film making.
Stéphane Coutelle has published three books : Me Myself and I in 1995, Shoebox Studio in 2012 and Insomnies in 2014. Insomnies’ pictures were exposed in Paris by ArtStudioK gallery in 2014, as part of Le Mois de la Photo program. A new exhibition took place in 2018 at Artcube Gallery. Carbone, his next project, is due in 2019.
