Steven Romeo is the founder, executive director and principle artist for The Change Project based in Birmingham, Ala. His work was recognized by The White House in November of 2015 as an LGBT Artist Champion of Change. In addition, Romeo is an HIV 360 fellow with the Human Rights Campaign for his art activism in a collection titled IAMHIV. Romeo recently completed his masters degree in Public Administration at The University of Alabama at Birmingham. His undergraduate degree is in Political Science from The University of Alabama
