Tobi Asmoucha is a photographer based in Toronto, exploring themes of community and the rituals that bind them. This work is held in collections at the Museum of Contemporary Canadian Art, the Jewish Museum Berlin, and the Canadian War Museum. She has been recognized with a Gold National Magazine Award, along with Julia Margaret Cameron Awards in the Human Rights and Street Photography categories. Currently, Asmoucha teaches and leads workshops at various institutions, such as Gallery 44 Centre for Contemporary Photography and Centennial College.
