Tomy Do is a French photographer based in Paris.
Originally trained as an engineer, he discovered photography through travel, using the medium as a way to document and observe the world around him. Drawn to a practice that combined technical rigor with a strong human dimension, he eventually left engineering to pursue photography professionally.
He now works across portraiture and documentary assignments within the luxury and fashion industries, collaborating with international brands and media. While this environment placed him in contact with highly visible figures and exceptional worlds, it also led him to question what remains outside the spotlight.
Alongside his commissioned work, he has returned to the documentary and street photography that first introduced him to the medium. His personal projects focus on everyday life, ordinary environments and discreet human presence. Through a contemplative approach, he seeks to draw attention to what often goes unnoticed: the routines, gestures and traces that quietly shape the spaces around us.
