Valerie Van Over is a lens-based artist who creates otherworldly landscape images that investigate the relationship between humans and nature, and reality versus perception. Her work has been exhibited locally at Fort Works Art, Arts Fort Worth, and 500X, in addition to galleries across the U.S. She received her B.F.A. in Photography from the University of Texas at Arlington and her M.F.A. from Texas Woman’s University. She is currently an adjunct professor in the Dallas/Fort Worth Area.
