About wenbo wu

I was born in 1978 the year China has it's reform and opening.

Because my father likes photography so I contacted photography in my early child and I like it so much. I had my first camera from my father and began to take photos when I was a primary school student. At that time, film's price is expensive for most people so I took each photo seriously.

For to learn the knowledge and skill of photography, I began to buy and read some books and journals about photography when I graduated from middle school. Gradually I began to take photos about everything I like. Friends let me to take photos for them since they know my skill is good and I was so happy.

Because I was interesting in many things rather than studying in school so I taught myself the college English language as my college major. Other time I was reading books such as art, literature, psychology and learning some skills in different community likes photography, martial arts, outdoors.

Many years ago, I met some books and videos of Japanese photographers such as Araki Nobuyoshi, Moriyama Daido and Shinoyama Kishin. That's a big thing for me to think about photography in different opinion and feeling. I began to find and discover my own way about photography. To me, the value of photography is to copy, record and share the love and the relationship between everyone and everything in my life.

Now I'm a freelance photographer and I will continue to take more good photos for more people with my methods and styles.
