As a native New Yorker who has traveled the world and resided in cities around the country, photography and art have been a constant in my life. My photography is inspired by a life long fascination with culture, people, art, and history.
Working with a Digital SLR camera allows me to capture the world's colors, changing light and textures and make the overlooked extraordinary. Photoshop technology enables the images to be magically manipulated. Finally, pieces are printed on deep matte or watercolor paper to push the depth of texture.
Art can change the way a person sees the world. My life has been influenced by a diverse range of painters, authors, and creatives. I'm fascinated by the way art moves us to think, feel, and act. I hope my art sparks viewers’ imaginations.
