After Evers - from the outset more of a creative artist than a full-blooded photographer - started working digitally in 1992, not only did his possibilities for editing and manipulating images increase exponentially, there was also a shift in content: from exciting objets trouvés after idiosyncratic urban images and collages with a sometimes emphatically symbolic connotation.
