My name is Aaron Yeandle, I am an artist who is continually striving to improve my practice. Through persistently photography new projects and applying for photographic opportunities. I have exhibited nationally and internationally. My education includes a B.A (Hones) in Photography, M.A in Fine Art and a PGCE. I have worked at various Colleges and Universities in the United Kingdom. I have given talks and workshops on my photographic practice. I have been involved with the 2014 Guernsey Photographic Festival. .
One of my greatest achievements was to be announced the overall winner of The Guardians Britain Is Competition, with the photograph, The Western Ranger. The aim of the Competition was to discover the defining image of Britain today.
In 2015 my photograph Lilly was exhibited in the Portrait Salon, London. This year I have worked alongside Jean-Christophe Godet on his award winning Guernsey Prison Project.
I was chosen to be one of the main photographers alongside David Severn for the 2016 Artist Residence Photo-Canopy (Lens on the National Forest.) Furthermore I will also be exhibiting one my current projects The Equaliser in the 2016 Guernsey Photographic Festival.
