Adam Desiderio is an award-winning documentary filmmaker and cinematographer based in New York. As an Executive Producer for VICE News, he has reported from the front lines of the Afghanistan War, covered the rise and fall of ISIS in Iraq, Syria, Libya and the Philippines, and most recently Russia’s invasion of Ukraine. In 2021, Adam documented the Taliban’s takeover of Afghanistan and witnessed the final days of the U.S. military withdrawal. He has received a number of accolades for his video reports including multiple Emmy’s, a Peabody and Overseas Press Club awards.
