Studied Photography and Design at Edinburgh College of Art (BA-1998 and MA- 2000)
Exhibited and published extensively in the 2000's (including monographs in Time, Guardian and work in the Scottish National Collection of Photographs) before taking time to develop long term life project combining astrophysics and creativity.
Over the last eight years have collaborated with astrophysicists, mathematicians, and engineers to achieve a broader knowledge of the universe and the various ways employed to record it. Translating, and developing this knowledge into a singular creative practice over time.
Currently based in South West England (Devon and Somerset) subsidizing own practice by teaching part-time in a F.E. College.
