About Andrey Ivanov

Andrey Ivanov (born 1977, Moscow) is a Moscow-based artist and photographer. His works explore themes of national identity, cultural codes and the collective unconscious. He has exhibited his projects at personal and group exhibitions in the Brandts Museum (Odense, Denmark), Metenkov House Museum of Photography (Yekaterinburg), Center of modern Culture Smena (Kazan), Moscow Museum of Modern Art (Moscow), Museum of contemporary art Erarta (St. Petersburg), at festivals Photovisa, Silver Camera, Moscow and Baltic biennale and abroad. His works are present in museums and private collections.
