Artist statement
By investigating, ordening en rearranging my environment, I try to synchronize the world around me with the world inside my mind. I transform the current ordening into a new version of my own. In this way I try to get a hold on my environment and to become in tune with it.
I often combine different layers into one image, like photography, scans, other alterations and (natural) materials.
