100 Jahre 100 Bilder: Eine Geschichte Der Fotografie (German Edition)

One of Peter Weiermair's latest projects is this fulfillment of an extraordinarily ambitious goal: to select the 100 photographs which best tell the history of photography and culture in the 20th century. Choosing one photograph per year, the book begins with F. Holland Day in 1896 and ends with Wolfgang Tillmans in 1995. The book is a breathtaking example of the technical and stylistic evolution undergone within photography.
