Two books in a riveted acetate slipcase, Araki in Wien simultaneously chronicles the photographer's Vienna exhibition and his exploits in that city during the show's opening. The distinctions between Araki's projects are always subtle, here there is a greater attention to violence--Hollywood-style staged violence--and an ironic Tokyo-like romp through one of the West's most illustrious cultural centers.
