Yasuzo Nojima was a Japanese photographer who worked from the turn of the century through the 30's. This beautiful book is a retrospective look at his photographic work and also the photographs and paintings of his contemporaries. The essays and checklists are in both Japanese and English and add a depth to the photographs by rounding out the details of the life of Nojima and his circle.
