Born in 1972, Mika Ninagawa is one of Japan's most popular photographers. Ninagawa’s photographs are usually characterized by the intense use of bright colours. In the latest issue of Lumen, Ninagawa sets herself another challenge to present a unique and solely black and white photography collection of portraits, artificial flowers and street images.
