Following on from a similar project 11 begun years earlier in 1979, Tsuchida photographed specific buildings and sites in relation to the epicentre of the atomic bomb blast in Hiroshima. These black and white photographs, taken in 1990, have been juxtaposed against the earlier ones, providing a thoughtful essay on the nature of Hiroshima's transformation.
