moving images into the photographic fold, and over 50 exhibitions
that formed the core of the Festival. Sessions were set up with the
possibility for professional photographers to debate, and special
attention has been given to up and coming young photographers. All
revolves around PHE04’s theme: telling History and telling Stories.
Essays by James E. Young, Oliver Sacks and Juan José Lahuerta
introduce a selection of the multiple works included in the Festival.
