Daniel Koning: Silvertown. Srebenica 15 Years After

In July 1995 more than 7,000 Muslim men were murdered by Serb forces in the Bosnian Muslim enclave of Srebrenica. At the time a Dutch UN battalion is present in the enclave to ensure the safety of its inhabitants. Fifteen years later photographer Daniel Koning went to Srebrenica, a.k.a. Silvertown, to document daily life as it is today. In a reconstruction he lists the facts about the fall of the city which are known today.
