These photographs were taken by Natkiel, a frequenter of the Amsterdam nightclub Paradiso, when he realized the transient nature of the scene he was witnessing. Capturing the tail-end of the punk rock movement, Natkiel's portraits of these club-goers are by turns funny, disturbing and absurd. This book documents a changing alternative youth movement in a vivid and gripping way.
