Traveling many a thousand miles of American daily life from Seattle to New York City, passing San Francisco, Chicago and Boston. Through the Nevada desert and Hurricane Irene, looking out over the Pacific, Lake Michigan and Samuel Adams' grave. The photographer Andreas Oetker-Kast drove almost 7,300 miles with his wife Angelika and their dog Dumpty across America from the West Coast to the East Coast.
