Underground

Released simultaneously with ‘Happenstance’, ‘Underground’ is the product of my first series of pictures of my home city London. Inspired by Bruce Davidson’s epic New York Subway series, this was shot in colour with flash over a short but intensive three month period between 1994 and 1995.
