Sensitometry for Photographers

Covering both black-and-white and color materials, Jack Eggleston's book on sensitometry provides a thorough background of technical information applicable to all areas of photography. Included are chapters on general sensitometry, effect of variations in processing, film speed and related factors, the sensitometry of photographic printing, tone reproduction, reciprocity failure, and spectral sensitivity. Eggleston teaches at the Joint School of Photography of the Royal Air Force in England.
