Permanent Drift

Permanent Drift documents time spent wandering around the neighborhood of Olde Kensington in Philadelphia, PA. At the time, this post-industrial neighborhood was undergoing a major development push. The old neighborhood was disappearing, and the rapid rate of changes made to the topography was at times both confusing and compelling.
