From a photographic reportage documenting yoga and meditation practices due to the COVID-19 pandemic, it has become a substantial project, enriched by numerous scientific and speculative contributions from scholars and professionals, including yoga teachers, photographers, psychologists, art therapists, art psychologists, journalists, experts in Eastern culture, university professors, historians, cultural workers, dance therapists, mental health rehabilitation technicians, bioconstellators, counselors, and physical and mental well-being consultants. The resulting cultural kaleidoscope revolves around the creative energy of the extraordinary city of Matera, European Capital of Culture 2019. Matera-based photographers Carla Cantore and Antonello Di Gennaro have created a unique editorial product that immediately sparked interest and sensitivity to the project, highlighting ancient places where energy flows from the depths of the earth to the sky, creating a cosmic bond between earth, humanity, and heaven.
