A city refracted

Williams’ images explore the complex history of displacement and migration in Johannesburg. Inspired by these issues, A City Refracted symbolically reflects the shifting typographies of the inner city of Johannesburg. Using an experimental style, Williams’ work suggests waves of movement and migration.
