This major monograph and the exhibition it accompanies are the fruits of contemporary research into the life and work of Russia's most acclaimed photographer, Aleksandr Rodchenko. Drawing on newly opened Russian archives, it is the artist's first complete retrospective, filled with drawings, paintings, photographs, sculptures, collage, and a prodigious amount of design work.
